Alan left a career in Local Government in 1990 to join Tai Cymru, where he led on financial regulation within the housing association sector. When Tai Cymru's responsibilities were subsumed into the Welsh Office in 1998 in preparation for the establishment of the National Assembly for Wales, Alan transferred to the new body to lead the Housing Directorate's regulation division. Alan joined the Group as Managing Director of Hafod in 2002 and is currently a Trustee with 2 housing related charities in South Wales.
Gwyn joined the Association in 1998 having had substantial experience within Local Government. Gwyn brought to the Association a breadth of strategic and operational expertise and he is responsible for ensuring the Association achieves its business aspirations. Gwyn is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Richard has 20 years experience of working in social housing, in both local authority and housing association sectors. Richard joined Hafod in 1997 as the Area Manager for the Bridgend Area Office before moving on to manage the Taff's Well and St Mellons Area Offices. In January 2009 Richard took up his new role as Hafod’s Business Development Manager being responsible for: Home Ownership, Mortgage Rescue, Leasehold Services, Continuous Improvement, Performance and Yellow Wales. In 2008 Richard was awarded Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Corinna joined us in 1991 and heads up our Housing Management Team. Corinna is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and holds a Bsc in Housing.

A Quantity Surveyor since 1986, Paul joined the Association in 1994 and is responsible for the Maintenance and Repair service. Paul holds a HNC in Building and a Bsc Hons in Building Surveying. He is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Sally has worked for Hafod for the last 9 years. She is responsible for the development and delivery of the Association's Community Investment and Tenant Participation Strategies accross 6 local authority areas and heads up a team of 4 full time staff. Previous to her time with Hafod, Sally worked as a teacher, a Sports Development Officer, and a Community Development Officer with the Welsh Local Authorities. She is currently chair of the St Mellons Community Creche which is a small charity in Cardiff providing affordable childcare to enable over 120 parents per year to access local training.
