We are delighted to announce that we have recently been accredited by the Centre for Housing and Support for the service we provide within our Retirement Schemes.
The accreditation by the Centre for Housing and Support outlines standards that all providers of housing related supported services should aspire to achieve, ensuring tenants are provided with the best experience in Retirement Housing.
Achieving this accreditation demonstrates the services provided by us are of the highest quality, person centred and delivered consistently.
Ann Hill, Code of Practice assessor for the centre for Housing and Support said:
"The documentary submission presented by Hafod was notable for its excellent organisation and concise, relevant content to meet the requirements for achievement of the 10 Standards. Evidence of good practice in the delivery of retirement housing services is robust and supported by the views of residents met during the assessment visit. A further strength of the submission by Hafod was the involvement of all frontline staff contributing varied examples of how policies are underpinning the delivery of the service. The Centre for Housing and Support is delighted to approve the award of The Code of Practice"
