As you are aware the re organisation has now happened and the area offices in Taff's Well and Bridgend are closed. The office in St Mellons is open to St Mellons tenants only on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10am and 3pm. At other times tenants can contact the office at St Hilary Court.
Changes have been made to the way our housing services are provided. There is an income department dealing with all matters to do with rent payments, service charges and former tenant arrears.
A separate department has been set up to deal with estate management services; this includes lettings, tenancy management and neighbour nuisance incorporating anti social behaviour. The aim is to ensure your queries are dealt with by staff who have specialist knowledge.
When you phone 02920 675800 you will be given options to choose the department you need. If you press option 1 you will be directed to Maintenance and option 2 to customer services who will be able to assist with most enquiries.

COMMUNITY FOCUS
We actively support local partnerships, grass roots community groups and local enterprises and help deliver a wide range of locally based projects which aim to; improve community safety, promote health and well-being, support pathways to employment, improve the environment, improve the lives of children and young people, tackle debt and financial exclusion and engage with vulnerable and hard to reach people.
We also particularly encourage our tenants to become involved in their communities and have a say in the way their homes and neighbourhoods are managed.

Yellow Wales are a subsidiary of Hafod Housing Association and work with the young people aged 16 to 25 who are homeless or newly accomodated in Bridgend Borough. We offer them the opportunity to gain voactional skills, practical work experience, and encourage them to try new experiences in a supportive and safe envirmonment. Our aim is to assit in achieving their ultimate objective of attaining life skills, education, vocational training and employment.
As a registered chatrity we offer young people accomodation, support and personal development, by providing learning and work opportunities.
