Join the Tenants Assessment Team!
Hafod have teamed up with three other Housing Associations to train our tenants to assess our services. This will help to make sure the services we provide reach the high standards we set. People who join our "Tenant Assessment Team" will be trained to do:
• Mystery shopping
• Interview tenants and staff
• "Shadow" officers as they work
• Conduct surveys over the ‘phone
Our partner landlords in this project are Cynon Taf Community Housing Group, Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association and Rhondda Housing Association. Hafod tenants who join the Tenant Assessment Team will assess the services of the other landlords, not Hafod. Hafod's services will be assessed by the tenants of the other Housing Associations, to help us get an objective view.
Interested?
We need two more Hafod tenants to join the steering group for the project. This will mean attending about eight meetings throughout 2010 to help organise the project. Next year, we will need even more tenants to join. The training on offer may lead onto other things and you could make some good friends, too!
