Young People Make a Difference!
Hafod's Youth Incentive Scheme rewards young people for the positive work they do in their community.
Do you know a young person who you think should be recognised for their efforts? It could be someone who helps out an elderly or disabled neighbour or relative. It could be a young person who has achieved something great - a sporting success, or gained a qualification against the odds. Maybe they work hard to keep local play schemes or clubs running?
Whatever the achievement, big or small, we want to hear from you! Prizes are on offer for young people who deserve to be applauded for their efforts!
Nominations must be from an adult and can be a parent, teacher, youth worker, neighbour, recognised group or member of staff. The young person nominated must be aged 11-25 and live in a Hafod property. Nominations must be made in writing with any supporting pictures, newspaper clippings, artwork, etc. attached.
