Hafod rewards young people for the positive work they do in their community, however big or small we want to here your stories.
Whether it be helping an elderly or disabled neighbour or relative. It could be a young person who has achieved something outstanding in sport or gained a qualification against all odds or simply helping out in local play
schemes or clubs. We want to here about it.
