When looking at mortgage rescue we will need to see the following information:
"Your name
Address
Details of the size and type of property (i.e. 3 bedroom semi detached house)
Telephone number
Family details
Details of disability
Details of ill health etc
Details of adaptations carried out to your home
Details of any loans secured against the property
Details of any unsecured loans
Details of any legal action taken against you
Dates of any court dates"
A copy of any legal documents / letters showing that possession proceedings have been threatened / started against you. A copy of the redemption certificate from your mortgage lender(s) or any other lenders where loans have been secured against you property.
