The association manages properties throughout a number of areas in South Wales. There are now various ways to apply for housing and it will depend on where you want to live as to the method of application you use. The association has been working in partnership with Local Authorities and partner Housing Associations to develop Common Housing Registers and a new allocations system along with keeping our own waiting list for the Bruidgend and Rhondda Cynon Taff Areas.
