Retirement Housing
We have four retirement schemes, each of which aim to provide the right combination of independence and security to our residents. Designed with people aged 55 or over in mind, each scheme offers complete independence to residents backed up by the peace of mind of knowing that help is always close at hand if needed. Residents are free to enjoy the privacy of their own home but many opt to take part in the many social activities that are on offer.
Each scheme benefits from a Scheme Manager to offer help and support to residents. Extra reassurance is provided by the Community Alarm Service which provides emergency cover. Under the CAS, an alarm links residents to a central control room and help can be summoned day or night.
Each retirement scheme also benefits from a communal lounge, kitchen, laundry facilities and a fully furnished guest bedroom (with separate bathroom) where visitors can stay overnight for a nominal charge.
