Paying Rent
Your rent is our major source of income. It is used to repay the mortgage on your home and to cover the cost of its' management and maintenance. Money is also set aside to cover the cost future major repairs. How much you pay is based on the area you live in and the size and type of property. We increase rents once a year: it is our policy to keep rents as affordable as possible by limiting any increase to below the rate of inflation.
Seemydata: If you are registered and would like to look at your account online and/or report a repair please click here . If you would like a password contact 029 2067 5831 for a protected password.
Service Charges
We provide some our properties with services that are not included in the rent. This mainly applies to properties which receive grounds maintenance or cleaning of communal areas. The amount charged each year is based on the cost of providing the service.
It is your responsibility to pay your rent, or make sure that it is being paid by Housing Benefit. We send rent statements every three months for you to check. You can get an up to date balance of your rent account by contacting your area team during office hours, or by selecting the ‘seemydata' option.
