Tenant Participation
We encourage all of our tenants and residents to become involved, and influence, what is happening in their homes and communities. This involvement can be at a level that suits each individual, ranging from staying informed through reading our quarterly magazine Hafod's Own or by becoming more involved through joining one of our Tenants' & Residents' Groups.

Tenants' & Residents' Associations
We currently have 7 active Tenants' & Residents' Associations all of which are making a real difference to their local communities. Click here to learn more about each Association.
Tenant Participation Working Group
Our Tenant Participation Working Group (TPWG) was established in 1999. Comprising 38 members, the Group is heavily involved in the service delivery of the Association's business plans. It meets quarterly with both tenant group representatives and key tenants to discuss new policies and procedures. The TPWG also acts as the Editorial Board for our quarterly newsletter Hafod's Own.
