We’re changing the way we get your opinion about our repairs service

Your views are important to us so we’re changing the way we get feedback about the repairs carried out in your home.

From 1 March we’ll be working with a company called Acuity who will be collecting feedback on our behalf about our repairs service.

Acuity will randomly select 100 customers each month who have recently had repairs completed and will telephone them to ask some questions about the service.
