Customer Charter update

A big thank you to everyone who attended a workshop and took the time to complete our survey. We had an amazing response with close to 700 customers and colleagues providing feedback. We were delighted that 97% of respondents are happy with our plans for working together and with the many positive comments we received. These included:

“I am very happy with the services provided but realise there is always something that can be done to improve things so this Charter is very useful to bring continued success.” (customer)

“The more we interact with our customers the more worthwhile our relationship is for both parties. Developing our services is reliant on our customers engaging with us. The more we take time to know our tenants the more they will approach us to provide advice assistance and permit us to help/coach them in the future. Our customers are the foundation of our future.” (colleague)

The feedback also gave us some ideas about the things we need to think about to make sure the Charter is a success. These include seeking and implementing ideas from customers and ensuring our staff are truly committing to working as equal partners with customers to provide the best possible service every time.

Customers and colleagues who completed the survey were entered into a draw to win a £100 Amazon voucher. The lucky winners were selected by our Chief Executive, Jas Bains:
