Getting involved can be a great experience. Roberta has been a member of our Scrutiny Panel for three years, she told us: “Since being involved, my confidence has grown, and I enjoy being with others and helping customers.”
Michelle McGregor, our customer engagement co-ordinator tells us why she thinks you should get involved. She said: “We want to truly understand what works for our customers and what doesn’t, and what better way to do that than involving them in our decision-making.
