How can we improve the services you receive?

We’ve launched our annual satisfaction survey for our housing customers to share how they feel about the services they receive.

Your views are important to us so please take the time to tell us what we are doing well and where we can improve. You can read 2020’s report to find out what customers told us last year and the areas you’ve helped identify for us to take action.

By sharing your feedback you will help us to better understand what our customers expect and need from us and also help us continue improving the services you receive.

Take part by Friday 27 August by clicking here to share your views online. Alternatively, look out for your survey arriving in the post then simply fill in your answers and return it using the freepost envelope included.
