We do our best to keep our rents as low as we can but sometimes we have to increase them slightly to cover the rising costs of providing our housing services. As we place our customers at the heart of everything we do, we want to make sure that you can afford to live in a Hafod home and receive the services you need.
You will have recently received your annual rent increase letter so we’d like to know what impact the 2.4% rise has had on you and your family. We hope that the information and experiences you share with us will help us when setting our rents in the future as well as considering other support our customers may need.
