Our new tenant app, designed to improve access to a range of housing services, has been launched today!
For many tenants, there will no longer be a need to contact us over the phone as the new self-service app has a range of functions to help you manage your tenancy with us. From the palm of your hand and at a time that suits you, you’ll be able to:
- Pay your rent
- View your rent balance and transactions
- Request a repair
- Keep your details up to date
The app is FREE to download and is available on Android and Apple devices (including tablets) from your app store by searching ‘Hafod 24/7’.
And even better, the first thousand tenants to download the app and set up an account before 30 April 2018 will be eligible to claim a £10 SMART reward which you can redeem in the form of an Amazon voucher or you can choose to have £10 taken off your rent account.
Throughout 2018, the functionality of Hafod 24/7 will increase to include other services, such as the ability to report issues including graffiti and fly tipping and to report incidents on your estate.
For those who don’t currently have a smartphone, the functions available on the app will be made available on our website shortly.
