We recently launched our annual satisfaction of tenants and residents (STAR) survey which allows customers to tell us what we’re doing well and not so well.

Meeting your needs as customers is at the heart of what we do, so your views are absolutely crucial. This year with Covid-19 changing the way we live, work and socialise, your views are more important than ever. We want to understand how we can adapt to best support you and your community and this survey is one of the ways we can learn what our customers expect and need from us. We’ll use your feedback to shape the future of your services.

Look out for your survey in the post or by email for your chance to tell us what you think we’re doing well and where we need to improve. You will need to respond by 31 August.

Last year, we tried to make it easier for customers to take part in the survey by making it shorter and anonymous. We also made some changes to the way we do the survey to improve the accuracy of the results.

We had fewer responses than in previous years and the results told us your satisfaction with our services was lower. There could be a number of reasons for this and we hope to find out more from this year’s survey results. You can read 2019’s full results for more information.

We’ll also be making further improvements and making it easier for customers to access the results and see how we are performing.
