The project is one of Cardiff’s largest social housing regeneration schemes, where 106 new homes are taking shape, and we’re currently preparing for our first phase of handovers this autumn.
Located off Sanatorium Road, this £30 million development is being delivered by Lovell Partnerships for Hafod, in partnership with Cardiff Council, and the Welsh Government.
The scheme is transforming a prominent brownfield site into a vibrant, sustainable community, providing low carbon affordable homes to the residents of Cardiff.
The regeneration includes the refurbishment of a locally listed building, extensive green infrastructure and enhanced biodiversity, and EPC A-rated homes using air source heat pumps and “fabric first” principles.
