This service operates right across the Rhondda Valley supporting 540 people to secure and maintain their homes.
Our floating housing-related support services enable people to remain independent and prevent the threat of homelessness when people are vulnerably housed.

Where you can find us
Support within the Vale
This service operates across the Vale of Glamorgan, supporting over 100 people/households at any one time.
Support in Bridgend
This service, called Sycamore, supports generally older people across the borough to retain their tenancies, and also assists with a hospital discharge service
Support for families
This service provides housing-related support for families who are vulnerably housed within in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Support for additional needs
This service works with adults with additional learning, developmental or mental health who are vulnerably housed.
Support for older people
This service is tailored to people living within older persons accomodations such as Extra Care and retirement schemes
Housing-related support referrals
If you or someone you know needs housing-related support, please email or call the Housing Support team in your local authority.
They will assess your case and refer on to a service appropriate for your needs.
