Meet Your Coaches – Vale of Glamorgan
We’re running regular drop-in sessions across our communities to give you the chance to meet your local Neighbourhood Coach and other members of the team.
Whether you have questions, need support, or just want to say hello, these informal sessions are a great opportunity to chat in person.
There is one drop-in location in the Vale:
Castleland Community Centre, Belvedere Crescent, Barry, CF63 4JZ
Held on the third Wednesday of every month, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
Meet Your Coaches – Cardiff
There are two drop-in locations in Cardiff:

Held monthly.

Held on the last Thursday of the month.

Plas y Garn Christmas fayre!
Everyone is welcome at Plas y Garn Care Home for their Christmas fayre on Wednesday 10 December from 5pm until 7pm.
There will be lots of festive activities, including:
– Photos with Santa
– Hot chocolate bar
– Christmas raffle
– Santa Pinata
– Selection of festive stalls: wax melts, homemade jams and pickles, festive centre pieces, jewellery, crochet items.
