Cardiff mental health settings
This service comprises of four shared accommodation settings for people with homelessness and mental health needs.
RCT mental health settings
This service covered two shared supported housing settings where homelessness and mental health are lead needs.
Cardiff young persons
We provide two shared accommodation settings for young people (aged 16-21) who are homeless. We deliver this service in partnership with Llamau.
Homelessness accomodation
Ty Ogwr is delivered in partnership with the Wallich and offers short-term homelessness accommodation in Bridgend.
Cardiff Older persons' support
We offer support within the appartments at Cwrt Hir and Dol Yr Hafren, for people who need additional support to live independently.
RTC Older persons' support
Saebren is an accomodation setting in RCT is for older people who need support to live independently.
Bridgend Older persons' support
Arosfa is a supported living setting in Bridgend is for older people who need support to live independently.
Cardiff disability support
Ty Onnen is an accomodation setting in Cardiff for people with physical disabilities who need care and support to live independently.
