We know interviews can feel daunting, most people get nervous, and that’s completely normal. Our interviews aren’t about catching you out or putting you under pressure. We want to create a relaxed, supportive experience so you can be yourself and show us what you’d really bring to the role.
To help with this, we share interview questions in advance and focus on having open, honest conversations. We’re just as keen to make sure we’re right for you as you are for us.
We’ll send you the interview questions ahead of time so you have the chance to prepare in a way that works for you. This helps take some of the pressure off and allows you to give your best answers, not rushed ones.
We’re not here to catch anyone out. We want to understand your experience, your skills, and how you approach your work.
Interviews can be stressful, even for people who do them all the time. If you’re feeling nervous, that’s completely okay.
Take your time when answering questions, pause if you need to, and don’t worry about having the “perfect” response. We’re more interested in understanding you than ticking boxes.
Our interviewers are there to support you, not trip you up. We may ask follow-up questions to help you expand on your answers or give you another opportunity to explain your thinking.
If you don’t understand a question, just ask, we’re always happy to rephrase or clarify.
An interview works both ways. This is your opportunity to learn about us, our culture, and whether the role feels right for you.
We really welcome your questions, whether they’re about the role, the team, development opportunities, or what it’s like to work here day-to-day.
