The Landlord Engagement Network South-Wales (LENS), established in 2011, is a collaborative network of social landlords. Originally focused on tenant scrutiny, it has evolved to support all areas of tenant involvement and is open to any social landlord’s who work with tenants to improve services across south Wales.
There is no membership fee and members have prided themselves on achieving value for money by sharing resources, training, skills and knowledge. In person and hybrid meetings have always been a safe space to share experiences and problems faced and come up with solutions together. They say two minds are better than one so the possibilities with collective thinking are endless. Over time, membership has grown and there are currently 14 members.

Meet the Steering Group
The LENS Steering Group plays a key role in shaping and supporting the work of LENS.
We help organise and plan meetings, identify and invite guest speakers, lead on partnership initiatives, and act as a key point of contact for any LENS-related queries.
As a dedicated team, we work collaboratively to ensure LENS activities are inclusive, well-coordinated, and aligned with our shared goals.
Get to know the people behind the scenes who help drive the vision and keep things running smoothly.

Service Charge
We’re excited to share our collaborative Service Charge project with our LENS partners below.
Together with ten landlords, we’ve created clear and accessible animated videos to help customers better understand what service charges are and how they affect their homes.
This work was driven by customer feedback, many told us in a recent survey that service charges can be confusing, and we wanted to change that by providing simple, easy-to-follow information.
