Located in Grangetown, this development will transform the site of the former Bottleworks into 74 energy efficient apartments.   

The development sees high quality apartments with great transport links and access to local amenities.   

The Track 2000 project is being constructed by the Hale Group, who began work onsite in March 2023, and is funded by the Welsh Government’s Social Housing Grant through Cardiff Council.
