Located in Wales’s largest town, Barry, the development will see the creation of  56 homes including two, three, and four bed houses, one and two bed apartments, and an accessible bungalow.

In a highly sustainable location, Ffordd Y Milleniwm has great access to local facilities and transport links, and is a partnership between Hafod, Hale Group, and Vale of Glamorgan Council, supported by Welsh Government. 

Barry has the highest need for housing in the Vale of Glamorgan and with Hafod currently providing over 700 homes in Barry, the Ffordd Y Mileniwm project is part of our  long-term commitment to building the homes people need, homes that are healthy and eco-friendly.
