We’re working on a brand new Hafod app and customer portal, designed to make it easier for you to access our services anytime, anywhere.
This is a big project for us, and we’ll be sharing updates as we move through each stage.
What’s happening?
We’ve chosen Housing Insight to build our new app and portal. They have lots of experience working with housing associations across Wales, and we’re excited to be working with them.
The app is currently in development and is expected to be ready in autumn 2026.
Over the next few months, the build will take shape behind the scenes, followed by thorough testing to make sure everything works as it should. We’ll also be visiting our communities to show how things are progressing and to gather feedback from customers.
In the meantime
We’ve improved our website forms to make it easier to contact us online at hafod.org.uk.
You can now request services such as repairs and rent statements quickly and easily through our online forms.
Old Hafod 24/7 app
The old Hafod 24/7 app was switched off when we moved to our new housing system. If you still have it on your device, you can safely delete it.
Get involved in other ways

DigiHwb: Empowering you with digital skills and confidence
Did you know that we have a dedicated team here to support you with all things digital?
The DigiHwb is here to help you get the most out of your device, whether this is a phone, tablet or laptop (or even a smart TV or games console). We can also help you build your confidence when going online, this could include supporting with setting up an email address, downloading an app, helping you save money online, and so much more.
Another area that the DigiHwb team can help you with is access to data, we can provide mobile sim cards if you aren’t able to connect to the internet or are running out of data every month. We can also discuss broadband options and affordability.
If you would like to talk about any of these things or just want some friendly advice or support then please reach out to Gem or Danielle in the DigiHwb team via our webform here.
