The results are in, our new app and portal has been named by customers.
Our First Look Customer Group had the final say, choosing their favourite from two names shortlisted from more than 50 ideas submitted by Hafod colleagues. It was between Hafod+ and HafodHwb.
An incredible 214 customers cast their vote, helping us choose the name that will represent our new app and portal.
The results were:
- Hafod+ – 135 votes (63%)
- HafodHwb – 79 votes (37%)
So, we can officially reveal that the name of our new customer app and portal is Hafod+.
A massive thank you to everyone who submitted an idea, helped us shortlist the names and, of course, to our first look customers who took the time to vote.
And now for the important bit…
The winner of the £25 Prezzee voucher is Lisa Davies, who said: “This is so lush. Thank you so much.” Congratulations Lisa!
