- For all other emergency enquiries please call 0800 024 8968 to speak to our out of hours team.
- If you can smell gas or are worried about gas safety, please call the National Gas Service Emergency Line on 0800 111 999.
- Remember you can use our Hafod 24/7 app to manage your tenancy, such as checking your rent balance or reporting non-urgent repairs.
- Please note that anything reported via the app or email will be picked up by our team on their return after the Christmas break.
