At Hafod, we recognise that feedback from our customers and colleagues can ensure we’re providing the right services.

By listening to the experiences of our customers and hearing their ideas for how we can improve, we can make lasting changes that benefit our customers and communities.

We use a variety of ways to gather feedback and are currently looking for customers who want to join our Scrutiny Panel.

Join our Scrutiny Panel

Our Scrutiny Panel is made up of customer volunteers, colleagues, and Board members. They meet online quarterly and examine a topic of their choice.

The aim is to ensure that the customer voice has been incorporated into shaping or changing our services. They are also able to give their recommendations from a customer perspective.

If you would like to use your skills to examine our services, we’d love to hear from you! You don’t need to have previous experience, just a passion for making a positive difference.

If you don’t have the availability to become a fully-fledged member, you can still get involved by attending a meeting on a topic that you have a particular interest in.

In 2023 our Scrutiny Panel discussed hot topics ranging from anti-social behaviour to planned maintenance (new kitchens, bathrooms, doors), and we’ll be sharing their chosen 2024 topics soon.
