I currently pay my rent by Direct Debit. How do I change the amount paid to include the rent increase?
Your Neighbourhood Income Coach or Housing Officer is able to change your Direct Debit amount for you. If you pay your rent in full via direct debit then this will be done automatically for you. If you pay part of your rent via direct debit then a new calculation will be made once you have received your new benefit award and your direct debit will be amended.
