We are running two sessions in November for customers to have their say on rent and service charges.
An online drop-in session on Wednesday 4 November from 4:30pm – 6pm.
An in-person drop-in session at our headquarters: St Hilary Court at Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff on Tuesday 10 November from 4:30pm – 6pm.
These informal session will give you the opportunity to learn more about how rents and service charges are calculated, ask questions directly to the team, and share your views on what matters most to you.
We want to hear your thoughts on how we communicate proposed changes, what information helps you understand decisions, and how customers can be involved in shaping our approach in the future.
By attending, you’ll be able to:
- Find out more about how rent and service charges are set
- Ask questions and receive answers directly from Hafod colleagues
- Share your experiences and feedback
- Help influence future decisions and customer communications
- Ensure customer voices are part of the process
Your feedback will help us make our rent setting process as transparent, fair and customer-focused as possible.
We look forward to hearing your views.
Refreshments will be provided for the in-person session.
Reserve your place today below.
Please note:
Once you have signed up via Eventbrite (links below) the link to join the online session will be emailed the day before on the 3rd November from getinvolved@hafod.org.uk – please check your mailbox and spam folders.
