Quarterly rent statements are going digital

Going forward, we will no longer send your quarterly rent statement in the post. 

We're not getting rid of the quarterly statements, but we are changing how you receive them.  

From now on, you will receive a quarterly rent statement via email. If you need to give us a more up to date email address, fill in the form linked here.

Our move to digital rent statements is key to improving the efficiency of our services and revolutionising the customer experience. 

Here are some key reasons why we’re making the switch:

•    By moving to digital rent statements, we’ll save enough money purchase 25 new bathroom suites and 10 new kitchens for customers.  
•    It’s better for the environment! This change will save an average of 10,525 pieces of paper each quarter – that’s over 42,000 pieces of paper per year. Plus, by removing the need to print and deliver the statements, we're further reducing our carbon emissions. 
•    When we post out your quarterly rent statements, they must be prepared weeks in advance to allow for printing and postage times. By sending your rent statements directly to you via email, the information you receive will be more accurate and up to date.
