Marc’s commitment to caring for residents was stand out from the beginning, and his growth has been exceptional. Now, as Director of Care and RI, he brings extensive frontline and strategic experience.
Reflecting on his appointment, Marc shared:
“I’m passionate about care and proud that Hafod has never lost sight of what matters most, people. As Director, I’m excited to build on our strong foundations and lead the next phase of our care strategy.
“Our vision includes developing nursing communities within existing homes, ensuring our services remain sustainable and fit for the future, while continuing to do what’s right for those we care for.
“I’m looking forward to working with my colleagues across Hafod, building a clear direction of travel to make our vision for care a reality, at all times led by what is good for people.”
Marc’s appointment is aligned with Hafod’s ongoing commitment to its missions, get the basics right, connect with you, and invest for a better future. His leadership will play a vital role in advancing care services defined by dignity, compassion, inclusion, and long-term impact.
