Our colleagues took part in our very first Great Place to Work survey in spring 2021 to share their experience and views about what it’s like working at Hafod. Whether it was good, bad or indifferent, we wanted to hear it!

We aim to further understand our workplace culture and importantly measure levels of trust within Hafod so that we can take action to improve our colleagues’ experience in work.

We have signed the This is Housing Pledge because we are proud to be a part of a sector that offers a range of fulfilling career opportunities that values people for the work they do.

A career in housing, support or care is rewarding with a variety of different job roles and career pathways, enabling you to make a positive difference to people’s lives every day whilst achieving your own ambitions.

Men in care

We believe men make great carers.

We’re passionate about breaking down the barriers to men choosing a career in care.

We believe that being a good carer isn’t about gender, it’s about treating people with dignity and showing compassion and respect.

Gender pay gap

We are proud to have reduced our median pay gap from 20.8% to 12.9% since 2017, and are committed to doing more through great people practices that improve the lives of our colleagues.
