Why have I been asked to take part in the survey?
To help give us an accurate picture of the overall condition of our properties we are looking to complete stock condition surveys on 20% of our properties every year.
Why was my property chosen?
We select properties randomly using house numbers and addresses, so your property has been selected purely by chance.
What if there is nothing wrong with my house?
That’s great to hear, but to be accurate we need to survey all properties selected to take part even if they are in good condition. Every home that is missed makes the overall survey information about the condition of our properties less accurate.
How does this help give a true picture of property conditions?
Surveying a sample of homes helps us assess the condition of other similar properties in your area.
