When you contact us by telephone your telephone number may be added to your account so that we can contact you in future.
We may also use a mobile telephone number listed on your account to text you regarding emergencies, appointment reminders and service updates. We may also send you satisfaction surveys (you will be given the option to opt out of the text messages).
