How long do we keep your personal information?
We will not keep your information for any longer than is necessary for the purpose we need to use it for. We have a weeding and retention schedule and delete information according to our legal and statutory requirements. For Housing records we comply with the National Housing Federation weeding and retention schedule and for care records we retain for 7 years from the time our services cease.
